Hi, it seems my IG authentication has been deactivated automatically on my mobile. I opened IG authentication as usual today and it asks me to add an account and I can't see my previous added account code anymore, which means I won't be able to login the web platform, in turn, I can't reactivate my IG authentication. Has anybody had the same problem before? I guess I have to call helpdesk to deactivate my IG authentication but wondering why would this happen?
