Retail Platform needs constant manual refresh

nit2wynit

Question

Hi, i've noticed this a lot, so must concede it may be my machine.

There is often a discrepancy between my Profit/Loss showing on the Retail Platform; New.  See image.

Also often the Volume information is missing from the bottom until i refresh.  I've restarted my machine several times over the last week, though this is not an isolated incident as I have brought it up in the past on here.

System Spec.

Win7 64
Core i7 6700

16gb DDR4 Ram

Asus GForce GTi 750 gc.

I am using a 43" 4k Tv as a monitor but resolution is set to 1920x1080.

I'd appreciate any advice or to hear if anyone else is suffering.

I've just got out of a trade I thought was £2.40 down, only to refresh the page to see i'm £8 down.

I'll pass this on to our technical support team. I have been unable to reproduce this, but if any other client is experiencing issues please comment on this thread. Thanks.

To add, it's very obvious on the 1M chart.

Thanks

@JamesIG Hi, sorry to bother you, but this is a real problem now.

Whom should I contact to possibly have this issue addressed?  I figured this was a Technical post that could be answered here.

As the platform is online there are a few things to check to see if they are affecting the connection.

try turning off Windows Firewall or any other Firewall you might have installed.

try turning off your antivirus.

check your network settings are not trying to block incoming connections.

Thanks Casey.  I know my way around a computer, so let's assume all of this is OK.

What I want to know it (as you've addressed in the past) Is if i am the only one, and if it's specific to the Retail New Platform.

If I am the only one, then I'll work out the potential issue at my end.

What I'm hoping to hear is a specific issue regarding my configuration, or using Chrome or whatever?

I have no other network issues to speak of.  I have no Anti V installed.

Are there any known issues with the New Retail Platform?

Thanks

    • Massa is making waves in the DeFi space with its innovative approach to blockchain technology. Their unique blockclique architecture boasts a staggering 10,000 transactions per second, putting them at the forefront of scalability and efficiency. Furthermore, their Autonomous Smart Contracts (ASCs) empower fully on-chain dApps, reducing reliance on centralized control. This focus on decentralization is further emphasized by the project's impressive network growth. Their testnet has ballooned to over 8,000 nodes, and their social media presence has exploded with tripling Twitter followers and a Discord community exceeding 105,000. Recent collaborations with Starknet, Umbrella, and Hyperlane solidify their commitment to fostering a robust DeFi ecosystem. Listing on Bitget and the backing of over 100 well-respected investors paints a promising picture for Massa's future as a major DeFi player.

Notably, their native token, NAO, recently debuted on the Bitget exchange and has been experiencing a positive initial price trend. But will NAO's bullish start translate into long-term success? Only time will tell.
    • The spike in volume you're noticing around 7 pm could be related to the closing of trading sessions or the release of important news. Regarding your experience with a sudden wick spike, this is a common challenge in trading. Setting appropriate stop-loss levels and being prepared for volatility can help manage such risks. As for news sources, financial news outlets like Bloomberg, Reuters, and CNBC can provide valuable insights into market trends. Also, I came across this interesting platform, smarterbusiness.co.uk, which helps businesses find optimal utility providers. While it may not be directly related to trading, having access to the right info and resources can be crucial in any business endeavor.
