Closing only: Market unavailable to open

So I keep getting this almost everyday (Closing only: Market unavailable to open)! Can anyone explain why does this keep happening ? I'm already thinking about switching to another trading platform as this situation is extremely annoying , in my trading room I am the only one who cannot trade a half of the positions because of this error

Hi, you will usually see this notice when IG is closing the market and it only remains on the platform for those already in to be able to exit. It mainly occurs when there is not enough trading through put to justify keeping it on the platform or if the company has dropped below the market capital size minimum for IG listing. They are often AIM companies in decline so I was wondering if those types of stocks were what your trading room specialised in and what broker the others are using? An alternative to IG's main cfd platform you might what to consider is the Direct Market Access (DMA) platform.
