I hold a number of ETFs with IG (VTS, VEU, VAS, etc).
I've had an account since February 2019, but I have not received a single dividend payment to my account (it's now December).
I also have an account with another platform (degiro) and I receive dividend payments there regularly without issue.
Is there some process which needs to be followed to receive dividends from IG?
Can somebody assist me with what I need to do/why I am not receiving dividends?
