Withdrawal of Funds

TJMillions18

Question

Hi,

I requested to withdraw part of my funds from my account on Thursday 12th March, so a week ago today. The funds have been taken from my account, but I haven't received them in my bank account. Slightly worried because it has been such a long time.

Any help would be great please?

Anyone have any updates on their progress? I'm into the 9th working day and still nothing. Spoke to a customer service assistant who said to call back tomorrow and they would get me my ARN so i could track the payment but he couldn't get it why i was on the phone with him?? On hold for 40 minutes now and no joy, another example of companies in this crisis which will do poorly in the future if they treat their customers like this. My withdrawal isn't even for a large amount.

I have just spoken to them on the telephone. They say that there was a problem with the payments and have reprocessed them, blaming the card issuers. I didn't get a time period of when to expect the withdrawal to hit my bank.

Maybe I should stop depositing more funds with this broker.

I withdrew yesterday with no problem. The first time you withdraw funds can take time due to anti laundering and security checks but after the link is established there are usually no further problems, also try to cut down the number of links in the chain by not returning via card.

IG > Payment Service Provider > Visa/Mastercard/Paypal > your Bank.

    • Yes Goldenbrown, I think you make a good point about being careful when trading.  In my opinion, only trades which are calculated to have a high probability of being correct should be placed. DAX is a market that can look daunting at first, but after a lot of study and experience with it, I have found it to be easier than the others. • Renzo leads the charge in revolutionizing staking protocols through the implementation of EigenLayer. This pioneering approach streamlines user re-staking while addressing concerns regarding operator selection and reward management. Participants stake ETH and earn APR from both native and EigenLayer restaking, receiving ezETH tokens—liquid assets for DeFi. Renzo's vision extends to interoperability across Ethereum and Layer 2 chains like Arbitrum, Linea, Mode, Base, BNB, and OKX, ensuring accessibility across diverse ecosystems.Renzo's standout feature lies in the ezETH token's appreciation over time, driven by promised APR, potentially offering superior returns. Seamlessly integrated into DeFi liquidity pools and lending protocols, ezETH provides diversified earning avenues. Compared to similar projects, Renzo distinguishes itself with its innovative liquid staking and interoperability. Supported by investments from Binance Labs and OKX Ventures, Renzo's listing on exchanges like Bitget further solidifies its significance. With 10% allocated for ETH stakers, Renzo fosters community engagement.Eager to explore how Renzo's liquid staking model stacks up against traditional staking? Let's delve into the details!"
