WuFlu and the Economy

Take 10 minutes to read what actual 'experts' are saying about this latest Ferguson Fiasco and how the testing is currently being done.

...on the oFPR, I commend to you that you disregard the daily “X thousands of new infections yesterday” headlines. These reports are just not true. These statements assume (if they’ve thought about it at all) that the oFPR is zero, which it certainly isn’t. That value could...

you are without doubt the most dishonest person that's ever been on this forum.  For over 9 months I have been continuously posting WHO, NHS, PHE, CDC, UK gov and US gov data, you have never really challenged any of it but instead try pick at the edges as if that might change the point, 'oh that's slightly out of date' is the best you ever come up with. But usually you just pretend to yourself it doesn't exist or that it's all just memes because you simply can not stand facts that don't suit you bias.

Pathetic would be an understatement, I can see why you just stick to the BBC evening news for your sole source of information and clearly simple searching is beyond you, tapping in just a few key word from the 'screenshot' would have found the web page. I really must lower my expectations of the levels of intelligence on here.

You can keep insulting, that is your style when you have no actual reply.

There is something that I will never do, and that is to say that I am more intelligent than anyone else, even in an argument. You on the contrary keep telling everyone, not only me,  that dares to challenge you all sort of undermining insults, putting yourself on top of them instantly. Giving yourself the title of "intelligent".

So here is one for you: "Tell me what you bluff about and I´ll tell you what you lack off"

Hahaha,

Deliberate misrepresentation of my posts and the persistent forwarding of strawman arguments is outright dishonesty. That's what you do and it is insulting and childish quite frankly.

That's the point, you don't challenge anything, 'oh I don't like the NHS data you posted boohoo you must be bad'. FFS grow up.

Reminder: Russia is fully open:

* museums

* restaurants * cinemas

* theatres * gyms without or capacity limits

* schools without /plexiglass or idiotic hybrid

How did Russia stop pandemic?! Simple: no asymptomatic testing beginning of December. That’s it, folks.

I was wondering when would you use my English to undermine me, you took way too long. I guess it is because you think people read this thread, so you have to be careful.

Someone like you would have used that trick earlier.

Regarding the Russians, you are pasting screenshots without citing the source again. Come on... We have spoken about this. You can't keep posting dodgy screenshots from Twitter. You have a reputation to maintain.

this is a common forum not a scientific journal, if you don't like something prove it wrong.

Not sure why you don't start a new thread, you could post all the news you heard on the BBC, you could keep calling me 'far right' which is tantamount to calling someone a fascist, and tell them about how I only post 'far right' memes. And of course tell everyone about how virtuous you are, I'm sure everyone would love to read it.

Reminder: Russia is fully open:

Took 30 seconds to find a report from Reuters:

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said new daily cases were considerably lower than at the end of December and that a tangible drop in daily hospital admissions to 1,200-1,300 people from 1,500-1,800 had made him cautiously optimistic.

“Vaccination rates have significantly increased. Over 220,000 Muscovites have already received reliable protection from the virus,” Sobyanin wrote on his website.

“In this situation, we can allow ourselves to considerably soften existing restrictions.”

State-run universities will continue to operate with distanced learning, but colleges and specialist institutions can reopen fully from Friday, Sobyanin said.

Theatres, cinemas and concert halls will be allowed to increase capacity to 50%, as will museums, libraries and stadiums for sports events.

Restrictions that will remain include bars and restaurants having to close early, the wearing of medical masks in shops and on public transport, and businesses having to limit the number of staff in offices to 30%.

I don't need to feel important about myself copying news from other sites. Twitter memes should stay on Twitter, that is what the site is for.

Also I don't think that I should bother other users that come to this forum for trading topics with news that are not related to trading.

The only reason I reply to this thread is because you feel too important about yourself and send insults away easily. We don't have the troll around any more, apparently, so you are the only entertainment we have left.

I've just posted something from a reliable source that totally contradicts something you posted earlier and all you can do is sarcastically congratulate me on being able to search the web.

Are you going to delete your false post or just leave it there to add to the volumes of misinformation on this thread?

Important chart on 'Other' deaths. Horizontal zero is average/normal.

Look at cancer (yellow) progressively less deaths since lockdown 1, at this rate it won't be long before there are no cancer deaths at all. But that can't be right, because of lockdown there are far less cancers being diagnosed therefore fewer cancers being treated. So cancer deaths must be going up not down. So where are they all?

They have been 'rebranded' and you can guess as to what. Same for the chronic respiratory diseases, bronchitis, emphysema etc, all systematically being rebranded.

Strokes and heart disease, the levels are horizontal or slightly up but we know diagnosis is way down and so then are treatments so deaths must be way up.

Covid rebranding is systematic and across the board. If you can't see the sham being perpetrated here you must be blind.

I was not saying everything was closed, I was simply pointing out that your post stating "Russia is fully open" was a lie.

Theatres, cinemas and concert halls will be allowed to increase capacity to 50%, as will museums, libraries and stadiums for sports events.

Which implies to me they are open but were reduced to less than 50% capacity and are now allowed to increase to 50% capacity. Not eaxctly "fully open".

I looked at your link, it doesn't exactly support your theory that "it won't be long before there are no cancer deaths at all". Basically a 1% drop since March...at this rate it will be about 100 years....

The govt is caught in a trap. Drunk on power it has run straight into a sewer and is in it up to it's neck. This farce would end tomorrow if the govt either stopped testing asymptomatic people, or capped the cycle threshold of the PCR test to 25, or only used the PCR if an antigen test (Lateral Flow) was positive first.

Either of these would burst the bubble of the PCR false positives and 50% to 80% of cases would just disappear.

But the govt can't do that because to do so would be an admission of gross incompetence or negligence or worse and would cause an avalanche of compensation claims.

The govt's only hope is to keep pretending herd immunity doesn't exist, keep the false positives flowing and pin everything on vaccine immunity.

The problem there is that it will take time and will also need 60% - 70% vaccine up take, that currently is looking unlikely so need to ramp up the fear campaign which is why new tv ads were ready and waiting.

As soon as the numbers are reached then burst the PCR false positive bubble, give the vaccine the credit and the govt is off the hook. Trouble is no one knows when the numbers will be reached so we are stuck in limbo till then.

Meanwhile of course lockdown kills.

You stated: "Russia is fully open", I posted an article explaining how it wasn't, you basically ignored it.

You stated: "Look at cancer (yellow) progressively less deaths since lockdown 1, at this rate it won't be long before there are no cancer deaths at all. ", I posted the actual stats that show cancer deaths down about 1% compared to a "normal" year, is that even statistically significant? Anyway, again you just ignored it and moved on...

Carry on, don't let the facts get in the way of a good meme....

why are you wasting your time and my time with this stupid pedantic nonsense?

The OP was about Russia, your link was about Moscow and the bars are open, now you're squirming over the definition of 'fully' for one region of Russia. FO.

The point of the missing deaths is that it is across the board, it's all deaths. Was just reading about a builder who fell off a ladder and died, after death was tested for covid and guess what, covid is now listed on the death cert. That's the point, so again FO.

To all the Covid hysterics out there I am a Paramedic of 19 years and working on the frontline since Covid began. I have seen NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING that would give me any indication there is a killer virus out there. I have seen ONE patient who MAY have had severe Covid but could equally plausibly had a number of other known conditions such as Sepsis, heart failure etc.

The usual replies are “you’re a liar”, “you should be sacked” I’m a fantasist etc etc I’ve literally heard them all but I am telling the truth, there is nothing out there.

just realised you also missed the most important point about the cancer stats and that is the 'expected' figure is based on a normal year but in 2020 there is a short fall of over 50,000 cancer diagnoses so the expectation is for a lot more deaths than a 'normal' year but of course they are not there either..

The UK has followed the Fauci (US) lead pretty much all the way. Initially recommending the WHO pandemic guidelines (2016, updated 2019) until in March 2020 China got the WHO to forget the original protocol and adopt the untested social distancing and financially ruinous lockdown strategy.

The UK also followed the US in the use of the PCR test run at 45 cycles which, when applied to mass testing of asymptomatic people gives a false positive ratio of 85% as proven by studies though a precise figure will vary lab to lab.

Essentially numbers derived in this manor are garbage  but that seems to suit both the health service and politicians (in both countries) or they would change it.

Previously posted in this thread is a NYT report from 2007 on the PCR test causing pseudo epidemics by precisely this method.

    • Hey @Kkr76,  I hope you're well.  Firstly the transfer would be between Share dealing to share dealing account. Not share dealing to ISA. I will go through the steps you can take to do that after the steps below on how to get your shares to IG.  So with share dealing transfer you can do on by opening an account with IG. Once opened you can fill our our transfer form by selections MyIG> Live accounts> Change 'Account you're viewing' to share dealing> Transfer. Follow the steps from there. Transfers take around 4-6 weeks depending on how cooperative Halifax is.  Share dealing to ISA transfer We can't make transfers from a share dealing to an ISA account so once we have the shares in the share dealing account you have 2 options:  Option 1: Sell the shared on your Share dealing account, wait for the funds to settle 2/3 working days, move the money to your ISA, buy the share back  Option 2: You can transfer shares from your share dealing account to ISA via the Bed & ISA process, which involves selling the shares and repurchase them on the ISA account. This process can be done over the phone with one of our dealers. It'll cost £40 in commission per line of stock to sell the shares on share dealing account but free of charge to repurchase on the ISA. There will also be spread costs which is capped to roughly £30 per line of stock, however, this is generally cheaper for the majority of stocks.   If you have any other questions let me know by quoting my comment or putting @CharlotteIG
