Why can't I see NYSE stocks like Teladoc?

I am new here..

When I search for Teladoc in the dashboard nothing comes up? I seem to be missing NYSE?

NYSE seems to be ticked on (Free/delay).

What am I missing?

Hi @Sumanta,

It seems that Ford is not on the Demo account server. The IG live and Demo accounts are separated so it is possible that some stock are not reflecting. As for TDOC it is not on the live platform. 
You can request for TDOC to be added on this thread:

Having the same problem. On the mobile app is says to go to web platform, my account > data feeds and then to add NYSE but don't see how to do this.

Likewise, I cannot find an ASX listed stock (ASX:RUL) yet it is on CommSec. I am relatively new to IG; are not all stocks from a market listed/available for trade via IG?

In my case the stock WAS indeed listed on IG - but only came up when I searched for RungePincockMinarco Ltd.

I have found TELADOC does not show in the CFD section of the IG system but does on the spread-betting side.

I faced the same issue - not able to find this stock and a few others like Ford Motors etc. 

is this also related to demo account? once I upgrade will I be able to access all these stocks ?

Ford Motors is available on our CFD and Share dealing accounts:


On a live account you can also ask for stocks to be added.
