I created a MT4 Demo account for US trading and have had issues with bad data in history. I attempted to do the same a couple of weeks ago and was having the same issue at that time. It seems there is one record being downloaded that had a ridiculously high, high for the day, off the charts high. This causes one thin line on the chart and pushes all the legitimate chart candles down to one thin diagonal line across the bottom of the chart. I have deleted the database to force a new download but the problem persists. I really want to give IG a shot but it seems like every time I attempt to test them out I have issues with their platform. Can anyone tell me if there's a solution to this latest problem?
