What are considerations?

Recommended Posts

I am new to trading and I would greatly appreceate it if somebody could help me.

What is the difference between the "total cost" of a trade in relation to the "consideration" which always seems to be higher?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your post.

The consideration is the amount of exposure you have to the market. The margin is the percentage of the consideration you have to put down to open a position.

All the best

I have a similar question.  I have client consideration on my Ig statement, which appears to be a withdrawal.

Can you please explain a bit more?  Or do you have a article explaining client considerations?

    • That’s a pity.  It would be a good facility to offer like Lombard Loans and far less risky than margin trading.
    • @tonybyrne, Unfortunately, we do not have that type of facility. Thanks, KoketsoIG
