  1. @CharlotteIG This is not frustration Charlotte, this is absolute anger, rage and fury; I have affected positions that are currently trading at a loss which could easily be in profit in a timescale acceptable to me - in the meantime I pay the associated costs, Saga being a prime example, yet IG are forcing me to take £000's of cash loss through no fault; IG have accepted a commercial contract on which they are now reneging at my significant cost

  2. Hi - no, they won't usually show up in your IG Account until a few days after admission, which is next Monday 1 March. PrimaryBid are great for participating in IPOs, placings etc. but not if you're looking for a quick turnaround profit on the day of admission!

Clients who choose to convert currencies manually will pay commission of 2 cents per share with a minimum charge of $15 on US stocks. Changing your currency conversion settings influences the amount of commission you pay. Our team reviews these changes on a monthly basis, so it may take some time to update

Also, your whole business model in spread-betting relies on volatility of stocks so this is just complete nonsense that you are not able to cope with the d

  6. Hi all I was looking for an alternative to eToro after all the suspicious moves they pulled throughout this GME ordeal and thought this was a better alternative but now reading this thread I guess I was wrong. I also cannot see GME listed on IG anymore so that pretty much explains it. I was wondering what other alternatives there could be?

  7. As a longstanding (share trading) client of IG (also my wife - I manage her accounts) and also a shareholder, I have found the service from IG is now at rock bottom. Emails take 1/2 weeks or are not answered at all, phone calls over an hour again if even answered and the chat facility is a complete waste of time. The CEO has written to all clients apologising and stating that more staff have been taken on to address the issue but it seems to have got worse. Almost all companies in the UK have been affected by the virus but most have got to grips with things. Additionally I am finding t
