  1. Ive just moved to IG, mostly from commission free brokers. I did look into the commission and fees before I signed up, however, I was not expecting the sheer number of fees that ive incurred so far on just 6-7 trades...Nearly £200 in fees since the 26th! WHAT? I read in a forum post on here posted from an IG support team members (albeit from 2016) that there is no fee for amending open positions but it looks like that's what I've been charged for? Am I missing sometihng here? Can someone please shed some light on what im being charged for because the transaction history page is not

  2. Can someone explain why there is a conversion of the 50.9p payment by 0.171391184 which reduces our payment substantially. I was under the impression that our original share holding before the swap of 19 to 15 was paid out at 50.9p let alone reduced as stated above?

  3. Whatever about putting them on closing only and restricting new positions, change to 100% margin and introducing forced closure is a direct action against clients.

  4. @CharlotteIGIf you are sorry for the impact, please advise immediately what action you are going to take to resolve the fact you are going to remove £000's of funds from my account through no fault of mine by forced closure? And please, Charlotte, this is not an inconvenience, this is a disgraceful unacceptable business behaviour

  5. @Qwerty123 @Stu73 For me the amount of shares that the dividend is paid for is the pre consolidated amount, so that at least is correct. @CharlotteIG what is going on with this dividend?

  6. I have been paid dividend based on the amount of new shares. Surely this is incorrect, I thought that dividend was supposed to be based on the amount of shares pre-consolidation? And even then, the figures are around £200 off. (Assuming due to conversion rate others have mentioned above)

  7. I have the same question. I was expecting to get paid in GBP and the dividend was issued in GBP itself. "Tesco PLC DIVIDEND 2000@0.5093 Converted at 0.71391184" @CharlotteIG
