  1. Hi Charlotte, Thanks for the post. One point of clarification - Who can participate through Primary bid? I understand that there is an allocation of £50m for Deliveroo account/app holders, which will allow users to apply for 250, 500, 750 or £1k worth of shares - this has been defined by Deliveroo. The above post appears to imply this is open to IG share dealing clients in the UK, but does not mention you need to be a Deliveroo client. Can you clarify if this is leveraging the Deliveroo client allocation or is this is a separate allocation given to institutions for

  2. I'm not sure how being unable to trade has cost you money. At best, trading via IG is a zero-sum game, so unless you have compelling evidence why you are an exception, the statistical expectation is that being unable to trade has saved you money. Oh, and pointing to a potential trade in retrospect and saying "I would have done that" does not count. If it did, we'd all be zillionaires.

An easier way to know a specific expiry time is from the Info section, as in my image below. Mind you, this indicates that the Gold April 2021 future expires at 1

  5. So I start with new topic. I believe here is plenty of us affected., I was adding my comments to a topic -IG has shown it's true colours and is restricting BUYING of AMC and GME- if you want to have look on. I think my commenta are on 7th page. Please share tour thoughts here. I personally filled the complaint to IG,, Now they ignoring my calls and emails, so I contacted ombudsman already. I contacted press, wrote emails to rishi sunak office and b.johnson office, as I believe IG is commiting fraud by deliberately delisting companies and so closing our positions., I al

  6. IG doesn't have that functionality. All your trades will be in the history which can be downloaded as a CSV and, with a bit of work, sorted to give the separate trades for each share. The other option is to maintain a record of your trades on the fly in a separate portfolio management tool.
