  1. Since Friday, some of the shares I hold will not display graphs, or more accurately the graphs are blank. It is specific to the account, ones that won't dispaly on my Share dealing account will on my ISA account and vice versa. It is not browser specific, same on Chrome or Safari

  2. Hi Everyone, I've been on phone support regarding this but am wondering if others are having the same issue? I can see my current orders (Stops) and Positions, but when I select a stock the chart window displays nothing. I was able to purchase a stock this morning (one that loaded correctly) add my stop, but now have no visibility of the chart or ticket window to edit my stops or buy/sell should I be required. At this stage I have to use my phone.

  3. When I log in sometimes, all of my open orders show a quantity of Nan instead of a number, e.g. 500. I assume this means Not a Number. Does this impact the order? The working quanity still show 500. This happens to every order in my order list (which at the moment is 24). Today I manually went in and fixed each one. IG, I think this could be a bug in your system.

  4. hahaha, the WHO has just changed it's mind, they've now decided that Covid19 is an influenza after all. Getting dizzy on this never ending merry-go-round yet? By the way, here is the research paper showing Covid19 has an IFR of 0.15% (basically the same as flu). Mentioned in quoted post. Reconciling estimates of global spread and infection fatality rates of COVID-19: An overview of systematic evaluations - PubMed (nih.gov) .

  5. All of these posts just show that there are people who have got involved with trading who just don’t understand the financial system or how spread betting actually works. All the complaints to the FCA will do is increase the likelihood that leveraged trading gets banned for retail traders because they will conclude that too many retail traders don’t understand the risks they’re taking. Which would be a shame for the rest of us When you place a spread bet with IG or any other broker you’re using leverage and they extend you margin. On the indices it’s 20:1 and on individual stocks it’s 5:1
