Hi I had the similar issue IG don't provide this service anymore they have stop this service without warning and now I am stuck with the spac unit I have bought. Their customer service is not up to standard and not helpful at all, definitely moving another platform for your information Trade station is the best for spac I was able to split the unit in 30sec.
