You say on your site you will be trading in minutes, but I don’t think that’s the case. In fairness I only sent my verification documents this morning, but was expecting to have it complete by now. I browse through here to try find out how long it takes and I see a load of posts from people asking the same, many saying they have waited over a month. Not a single reply from an IG staff member can be found anywhere in this forum, it’s just members talking about how bad IGs customer service is. Other people saying that IG do no even answer the phone. Before my account has even been activated I think I have come to the conclusion that this is a bad broker and best off take my money else where.
