    Hi, How do I create an API key for a Australian share dealing account? I don't get the option as described in the instructions. I have a Retail level account. Cheers, Brendan.

    Hi, For some reason, I have the "All sessions" option enabled to trade pre-market and post-market, however, whenever I place an order outside of normal market times it does not execute. Also the label of the company does not include "All sessions", however the option is available if I go Deal -> Buy. Also the IG graph does not chart pre-and post-market for this particular share. I'm confused, is BB(NYSE) a All-Sessions share or not? Cheers.

    Hi, Why is the Level 1 data feed (Realtime Data) Greyed out for NYSE? My Account Level is "Retail". Cheers.

    Hi, I seem not to have the orders tab on my share trading account, for example for NAB I only have the DEAL, INFO & Alert tabs. Do I need to get the orders for stop-loss etc enabled in my account? Cheers.
