It doesn't actually help, you're a fee charging broker. PFOF brokers have already confirmed dates in stone to alleviate any customer fears. All you have done here is say "well we might get it, we might not, it depends if we receive them or not." How about do us a favour and give us a date and preferable a time we can expect receipt. Shocked that you actually thing this is an acceptable response.

After reading the terms, I have noticed that orders can be routed via either the LSE, CBOE or Turquoise (including darkpools) How on the mobile app can I choose how to route these?

Can my paid up shares be lended out? If yes, where is my option to turn off share lending? If no, please just confirm this.
