    Hi @Mazaftm,

    The discrepancy between you available funds and your available funds to withdraw is due to the settlement period.
    If you sell shares it will take 2-3 days to settle, until then these funds will only reflect in your available funds and not the funds to withdraw.

    once you click on  your open position on the left hand side, the chart will appear. Right click on the chart and make sure that in "Show" Open Positions is ticked as below :

    Hi @theruleof7,

    Once on My IG > Dashboard , you will need to click on Add an account :


    From there select the type of account you would like to open :


    Once completed you MT4 account details will appear on your Dashboard :


    You can then launch MT4 and login to the IG-LIVE server.

    For Forex trading you have the option of normal lots 100,000 , we do also offer Mini contracts where the lot is 10,000.

    Once you open a chart on your screen, if you "tap" on the chart a menu will appear at the bottom. You will be able to select the interval from there.

    Hi @corrochio, this error usually comes up when you need to complete some information on your account. For example if your Tax File Number is not registered on your account you will have this error message.
    If you want to trade on US stocks or US based companies you will need to complete a W-8BEN form. This form only takes few minutes to complete and you won't see this error message anymore.
    To complete your W-8BEN form, please go to My IG > Settings > Trading US shares (see below):
