    Hello Arvin, Thank you for your reply. I am afraid you confirm my suspicion that the IG Markets CFD account is for CFD deals only. However, just to clarify, I was looking for share trading in Oz, not NZ. Just happen to be tax resident in NZ. Kind regards, Wil

    I face similar problems: Moneyhub.co.nz described IG Markets as a platform permitting CFD and share trading for NZ residents. However, to date I have not found a way to access share trading - only CFD deals appear possible. Yes, there is a "add an account" button that even lists "shares" underneath it - but as far as I can see the button only leads to different CFD platforms. Of course, none of those offers instruments (= shares) underlying those deals. So how can I structure my account to make share trades possible? Replies are much appreciated! Cheers, Wil
