I was referring to the currency conversion charge: "Manual conversion " does this mean if we do 10 CFD USD share trades a month we'd only pay 2 x 0.5% conversion fees instead of the 20 (10 x open/close)?

I've noticed a lot of strange fees with IG. Live chat seem to avoid giving straight answers. Did you even get an answer elsewhere?

UK account: If I have CFD shares/stock with Apple USD, and they pay me a dividend how will this be paid to me? Will I lose money because of IG's currency conversion charge of 0.5% and minimum fee? Buying and selling US shares monthly = multiple currency conversion charges. Can I not convert my GBP to USD once and just use this fund to play with? Thanks for any help.
