hello.. can any one tell me how i can transfer money from my share dealing account to my CFD..... i haven't traded for 10 days now. and have no outstanding balance to clear but all i can transfer is less than £10... I have more than 20k in my share dealing account cash thannk you

I have a share dealing account and almost all my trades are USA stock...I would like, to transfer some of my money, from my share dealing account to CFD account. but every time I try to transfer. my balance available to transfer is less than £10??? but i have a lot more in my account .. how long do I need to wait, and make no trades, so I can transfer some money from my share dealing to CFD . account ? thank you

I placed an order after market was open on AMC at $31 it went to $34 i placed another to sell but it showed i had no shares ???? i was using my L2 platform and trading on my share dealing account ....? now almost all my money is moved to some reserved account and i dont know how to use it or what happened to my trade ??? i cant use my money??? what happened to my share that i order to buy ....??? please help ...

I manage to re open my cfd accounts .thank you but I have a second question .... now that I have opened a CFD account . i still cant use L2 platform to trade CFDs.. every time I take a position, the report tells me I have 0 balance ...ps( im using my L2 platform for share dealing and i have over 15k in that account ...... can I not use the money in the account ( L2 ). by simply clicking on the CFD .... and trading ...if not then what account do i need to transfer my money to be able to use the L2 platform to trade CFDs...?? thank you

I placed an order for 300 shares I was filed 27 but charged the full price ... . why was I charged full price if only I got less than 10% of my order HOW AM I GOING TO RECOVER THE MONEY .

NO THING appears on any USA market depth is always blank.... .I asked and they told me its IT... then IT told me its ACCOUNT..... ping pong really... the depth is available on uk market . i don't know about any other market .... do correct me if I'm wrong as I'm paying for the data fees with no joy ....

I have the same issue . I even pay for NYSE. and NASDQ. as well. to cover all USA stocks. I get no L2 DATA (level2) and I can not see DEPTH on MARKET .... ( any stock from USA) .... How can one take a position not knowing how many people( how many shares) are there for . sell/buy ....????

if you pay the DATA FEES for your exchange you get to trade a lot more stocks ....CFD.s or NORMAL 100% SHARES I'm using L2 DELER PLATFORM (level2 )..... as well as the normal web based platform that is available.

WHAT COUNTRYS.. L2 platform provides market depth after making the monthly payment for example i get nothing on NYSE, NASDQ.AMEX I HAVE MORE THAN £1000 IN MY ACCOUNT

after reading your notes . I had a look at my account( as I only trade USA stock ). and I realised that average £13 per trade each way was taken out of my account on charges . my last trade bough 500 kplt shares @6.946 for . $3473 and sold them @7.12 for $3560... the different is $87 profit .but after exchange I got.... in@ £2530.24 out@£2567.74 total £37.5... profit . so i change my setting .. I hope this works better PS. BEEN TRADING FOR 4 WEEKS.

is that mean no more exchange fee?

set your self a demo account . I used it for a month to get to know the platform and what's going on, and it cost nothing

I just received 2 email in my inbox and one was a month old, informing me I was entitle to benefit from the 75% reduction in minimum trade size. what is the minimum trade size? and now that I have missed it do I need to add more money to my account to trade as it is no longer active ?

hello . I am very new here. started 2 weeks a go trading CFDs. and stop trading uk stock after my first week . as it made no sense due to very high in commission ... for example I buy Aviva .... 10,000 AND I was out £80 AND my position was FEW % BILLOW the market price then price went up by (1.8 pence) I made less than £70 .. I now found out if, I trade USA stock with my own cash ( share dealing)... is 0 commission ?? even if I day trade with it ( NOT CONSIDERING EXCHANG RATE ) as its very small trade CFDs... USA stock $30 per trade / 10 TRADES A DAY AVERAGE $100 PER POINT .....OVER 50% go as commission considering some RED trades as well ...... DO you have any advice on how to reduce the commission ???? thank you .
