Snapshots using REST API not showing correct status at beginning of week.

I have noticed this week and last week that the status in a Snapshot of any index subscription have taken 2 or 3 hours longer to update than they should. I have checked the obvious things like correct region settings. The situation was repeatable on 3 different computers and by 11:50am Australian time (currently GMT +10) the snapshots were returning the correct status. I thought it was an anomaly last week but today starts a pattern.
