A couple of elementary questions

Hi all I am very new to this and have a couple of elementary questions. Is it possible to buy 'part shares' on this platform as part of an ISA? For my first foray into investment I would like to purchase Baillie Gifford Scottish Mortgage but each share exceeds the amount I have set aside. Also is this ETF available on this platform in an ISA wrapper? Thanks in advance
