  1. I see the same problem. US stock charts are not collapsing data to trading times only, instead full timescale is displaying. eg hourly chart has gaps from 22:00 to 13:00 (UK time) and for whole of Saturday and Sunday (see below). Makes the charts completely unusable. Doesn't affects UK stocks or ETFs though. This needs fixing asap!
  2. This is nothing to do with data missing on Friday 21st. 3. OK, thanks, I'll use the workaround where possible. Something for the development team? Other platforms make this easy for example IBKR, but I prefer the IG platform overall.
  4. Thanks for the quick reply. I tried this out and it worked OK, but doing it this way seems to work like setting a new Position. For example, the Per Point Minimum still applies (usually 0.5) so when I tried to close 50% of a Position with Size 0.8 (i.e. Sell 0.4) it wouldn't let me, I had to sell at least 0.5. Which also means I can't partially close any positions with Size 0.5 this way. Other problems that also arise with this method: - It appeared to use some of my Margin. - I couldn't partially close a Postion on one stock because it said "you cannot sell this market to open" I would like to be able to partially close a Position automatically so I don't have to do it manually (for example if I'm away from my computer). Is there a way of doing this without getting these issues?
  5. Sometimes I would like to close part of a position (eg 50%) using a Limit Order (Spread Betting), is this possible?
  6. I noticed the same problem yesterday, kept changing a stop and it kept reverting. I went to the App to see if it did the same and saw that my change had registered! I went back to my browser logged back in and the change was indeed there. So yes, it looks like a simple refresh issue.
  7. I sent an email earlier and received the following reply in less than an hour. It seems it only affects Demo accounts, which is a bit more understandable... Dear Mr Parr, Thanks for your email. Our IT department has already been made aware of the missing candlestick dates on certain assets for our demo accounts. The report number for this case is INC0584768. Apologies for the inconveniece, please note that we are working towards solving this issue as soon as possible. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. 8. I'm having the same problem. The candlestick for Tue 28th on the Daily chart is just plain wrong (have checked against Finviz). Candlesticks on the 1 Hour chart go blank after Friday! This is happening on multiple (but not all) stocks. And it's nothing to do with my browser because I'm seeing exactly the same problem on the Android App. Everything was fine until Friday, surely IG must be aware of this issue?
