Why is my withdrawal getting reversed

I am extremely dissatisfied with this platform and wanted to withdraw my money. But of course my withdrawal gets reversed I am withdrawing to the same bank account from which I had made the deposit. So, do IG return your money or do they keep them? if it is the latter maybe this should be escalated?
