Wrong chart with very very long candle

theintroverttrader posted a question in IG Chart Support - Charts, MT4 and PRT

I'm a stock market trader in Australia (ASX). I'm seeing a lot of discrepancies in IG charts. For instance, this ticker UNI (Universal Holdings Limited), for 9th April, this very long candle registered which is obviously wrong. How can I correct this? I'm now scared to use IG now.
