  1. Hi Digi, Thanks for sharing your experience as well - at least we know it is not a user error on our side. We also logged the same problem weeks back and are also not getting any confidence from the support team that they know when it will be fixed. We have moved to another platform as a couple of our trading strategies have market entry driven by alerts ...... and without reliable alerts we can't trade.
  2. Due to the continual loss of ALL Alerts data - the platform has now become unreliable. If the platform had functionality to allow the user to Export (Backup) Alerts and Import (Restore) Alerts - then this unreliability could be mitigated by the user. It is extremely time consuming to have to manually re-enter all Alerts that have been accumulated each week, and then lost at the weekend - the deletion is probably as a result of IG system maintenance being carried out. We have not found any other platforms to be as unreliable as this.
