There is a dirty workaround of the problem (invalid volume). For example, I have an open position with a size of 3.45 lots. Double click on the order to bring Order dialog where you see that the "Close" button is grayed out. Go to the Volume form control and change the volume to 1 lot. This should enable the "Close" button Then click "Close" Then go to step 1 to close out the position lot by lot.
