Hi, I had a live spread bet account, then opened a trial account to see what was different (prices, L2 orderbook etc) on the CFD platform. This required a different username, password and Email. My original live account appears to have been locked, and doesn't recognise the original Email associated with that account. Is there still a way of accessing it? It's as if the IG system is designed to move from a trial to a live account, but not to operate them simultaneously.
