I have been using PRT for about a year. Recently I have had two trades closed (at some expense) by what the Chat Help Desk calls an API - which turns out to be PRT. My question is how does this happen? It must be something I am doing but I can not figure it out. The Chat Help Desk was not particularly helpful as they said PRT is 3rd Party and that is what closed your trades.
I have attached one of my screens for Dow and I have a similar one for Nas. As you can see I do not show the trades as they clutter the screen to much for me. I monitor the trades through the standard IG Platform.
Any help would much appreciated, I really like PRT but I would like to clear up this area of doubt, that is getting bigger by the moment.
