Account not yet activated after documents approved

Hello, i uploaded the requested documents for account activation on 16/01, and received an email from IG to email those documents on 17/01. Replied the email with the docs and the IG app showed my documents were approved. Its been 4 days since and my account has yet to be activated. Kindly assist. Many thanks
