    I have a long position on a Spread Betting account. I tried amending my limit to make sure a sell didn't get triggered in high volatility around market opening, but couldn't and got a message . . ."Maximum limit distance exceeded". Does anyone has or had this issue or know what is causing the problem?

    I like a 'trailing alert'; i.e. a price alert that follows the price action and could essentially be used to identify a certain amount of retracement in price.

    Why has there been a circa $8 spread on the General Electric (all Sessions) spread bet since pre-trading opened? This is generally more of the order of $1.
