Share Dealing Account in Europe

Hello I'm from Belgium, and before the Brexit it was possible for me to have a "Share Dealing Account". It was easy having a CFD and a Share Dealing Account at the same time, and I liked the collateral service going with it. Unfortunately this is no longer possible. My questions: 1/ What is the explanation for IG Europe not offering Share Dealing Accounts ? 2/ Will IG Europe ever be able to offer this service ? Thanks !
