Good day, In life in general we all eventually have that moment when we face a big financial loss. This could be due to trading, an accident, some bad decision, perhaps a legal challenge, taxation, you name it. When put in such situation, how do you deal with it mentally? What is your coping strategy? This is a meta question not specific to trading, but a serious one so please don't make fun of it.

Good day, Two minor issues you may want to investigate: 1) The following chart settings reset themselves spontaneously after logging in today. Quad layout. Two out of four charts affected. interval (previously ticker, reset back to 5min) chart type (previously line chart, reset back to candles) timeline (previously disabled, reset back to enabled) Could be other settings as well but these are the ones I have noticed. 2) When opening the Community website, error 400 was shown:

Good day, Around 6pm Friday 11 March the margin requirements on CME Natural Gas doubled. I was told by a source in the US that this is because CME and other trading hubs in the US are no longer allowed to offer reduced margin rates (50%) to brokers. This was supposedly enforced by SEC to reduce volatility. Can anyone confirm this and provide more information? Do we know if this is temporary and when the old margin rates will be restored?

Q2) What books would you recommend to learn about Futures? Q3) What books would you recommend to understand the Commodities markets? Underlying assets Q4a) What is the underlying asset the Natural Gas price is derived from (my best guess is Henry Hub on CME)? Being an amateur I was not aware there are multiple gas trading hubs with vastly different exposure to world events. Not knowing this certainly contributed to my failings. Q4b) More generally, is there a list somewhere or a method to determine the asset and market behind any given CFD product on IG? Q5) What is the underlying asset behind the UK Natural Gas product? My guess is NBP on ICE but the liquidity is extremely low. Market data Q6) Does IG provide paid access to real-time quotes (Level 1) and market depth (Level 2) data for futures on commodity markets like CME or NYMEX? Because these are not listed anywhere in the Data Feeds section in Settings. Q7) Naturally, the above makes me wonder, is pricing (bid/ask) data delayed by 10 minutes (let's call it Level 0) or is it real-time? Q8) Does "Data is indicative" disclaimer (displayed in the bottom left corner on each chart) mean the charts can be vastly off the actual market data?
