Can someone at tech support please answer this question. How are we supposed to get any support from IG. I had this problem about a year ago and the attached picture shows how it was solved then. Can someone at tech support simply do this

I'm using the web demo platform. The platform has a lot of out of date expired options left on it that cannot be closed. Is there a way of getting rid of these, also Daily and weekly options for SPX are not appearing there, thanks David
