Hi, I am a new starter of IG trading, but I have had trouble with activating my account. First I sent in my photos of my drivers licence and setting up my account with the funding. This was then knocked back because my drivers licence was out of date, stupid me. I then uploaded my new licence details, subsequent to this I uploaded all of the information again, but they don't reply to me or when I go to activate my account I get the same old question, we have received your information but pending. I don't know what has happened I even have emailed them but still no reply or activation of my account. Can anyone help me in anyway., thanks regards Vic.
