    Hi Arvin, Did the above and it is still not working. Moreover, I had a quick look in the developer console in Chrome and I can see some HTTP 403 errors, and some .js errors, see below. On logging back into the Community, I had to create a new account also. I tried to create the live account in Edge, and I got the screen I attached in my opening post.
