    Found the issue. turns out the shares are not available in ISA and have been transferred to Shared Dealings account.

    Hi, I have noticed that some of the APE (AMC Preferred) have been transferred on the IG app. This apparently happened while the market was closed 6:55 (BST) while I was asleep. If I click on the entry in the History tab (IG App), the app seems to error out and shows "Service Connection Failure" popup. Platform is unavailable, check status.ig.com or call a number to place a trade. Somehow all of my APE shares had been transferred without my request, yet I every other position I have is still fine. I have a reference number if that helps, but I would like to get those shares back.
