Order Rejected - Tried Everything Mentioned Here, Not Happy

I am a new customer here with sufficient funds and signed W- form and no open positions. Also tried setting the oder type to 'Limit' and expiry to 'Day' as suggested in some of the older posts here. Just a simple order with 9% of total funds. Nothing working. Can anyone please tell me what's going on? I'm definitely not happy rn.
