Demo account - nothing loading (chrome and android app)

Hi, before I log in I can see that prices are updating and I can view the basic charts on the ig.com page but once I log into my demo account every market I click on says it is closed. All forex pairs say 0.00% price change and clicking on any chart just shows the loading screen. I've cleared my cookies and reset permissions on chrome but since its also happening in the android app I'm guessing it's something wrong with my account. Could anyone give me some guidance on how to fix it?
