Withdrawal problem

wtning posted a question in IG Account Support - MyIG Help

I just made a withdrawal request transfer funds to my debit card account, but i didn't receive the fund. So i ask my debit card center and they say the card number is not for receiving, the funds should be returned where it's from. I call IG support and they say the fund transfer is successful, have to wait 3-5days. Have anyone experienced this before, the funds should be returned to IG, right? Or can the money just disappeared, I am quite worried, can anyone help?
