    No, they said there is an investigation and no idea yet about what's going to happen and when. It is unacceptable though, because there wasn't even any heads up. I believe that the charges should be compensated.

    Same issue, just spoke to one of the oayment team they said there is an ongoing investigation about this. Hope it can be resolved and the fees credited back.
