How do I trade the (CWS) FOCUSED EQUITY ETF - but I can't find it in the list (EU/UK Accounts)

Hi I haven't traded an ETF before but as a regular reader of Eddy Elfenbein's Crossing Wall Street newsletter - I would like to purchase some (CWS) FOCUSED EQUITY ETF's https://advisorshares.com/etfs/cws/ It's not on my ETF's list in the IG dashboard. Does that mean I can't purchase them from the UK - or is there some other reason? Thanks, Jim
