Share Dealing Filters

CharlieP500 posted a question in IG Technical Support - Platform and App Help

Can anyone help? I am simply trying to filter by UK100 or UK250 or US Tech 100 but all the filters return the message "There are no shares that match this filter" which is bonkers. Never had this issue before. Filters have always worked correctly but now no results show up to the filters applied... Same issue if I filter by country. When filtering by Sector some come up and others don't. What's going on?
