    However, when i set the call at 10seconds then no errors? so its a call limit here for some reason?

    Using the demo account i keep getting The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. after a few calls using this call: https://demo-api.ig.com/gateway/deal/markets?epics=CS.D.GBPUSD.TODAY.IP%2CCS.D.USDJPY.TODAY.IP&filter=SNAPSHOT_ONLY only calling it every 2 seconds so well within its call limits but after a few calls, have not counted, it goes to error, then after a 10 to 30 seconds it recovers again but only to return this error again?
