Hi, I hope someone can help me to understand what is going on with the IG withdrawal process. So, to begin with, I requested a partial withdrawal on the 18th of January. A few days later, I received an email asking for copies of my ID, proof of address, etc. I am not a new client; used IG since 2020, and my account is fully verified.. Nevertheless, I sent all the required documents on the same day. Today is the 25th of January, IG ignores my emails, and I still can't withdraw my funds. Any idea what is going on?
