    Received an email from IG, asking for me to pay NRA tax in relation to Store capital corp being taken over at $32.25 a share. My position was ($34.6 a share), hence I made a loss at ($32.25 buy out), Why would I then owe $237 usd for taxes? US Taxes only apply to dividend or income earned from US stocks, in this case this does not apply. Could someone pls help? Thanks Michael
