Transfering an ISA to IG Investments

I've been trying to start the process of transferring an ISA to IG. Tha help article references an option that isn't available on the web interface. The platform doesn't present me with the option to initiate an "ISA Transfer". I have tried to do this from a laptop as well as a mobile device. I've been contacting support and the transfer team but haven't got anywhere. Are there any known issues with this process?
