Adding Funds

Ive been trying to add funds for days now from my debit card without success.. I have used the same card to add funds for well over 12 months and have not had any issues. Ive checked the bank, ive checked the available funds and all is good. When i try to add the funds all i get is a page that continually seems to be waiting.
