"Share Dealing (pending)" - any idea how long this takes?

I've submitted my ID - and they have verified my identity etc. For 3 days it has said : Is it supposed to take this long? rgds Thanks, we're just checking your details We'll send you a notification when we're done, which should be within a couple of hours. You can explore the trading platform in the meantime.
